Our Engineering Group currently functioning in the name of Service Pro LLC was founded in 1996. It was one of the first in import, realization, installation and service of heating engineering, ventilation, conditioning and sanitation systems.
During 27 years of our functioning we have imported and installed different volume and power central and automatic heating systems from18 kW/h to 1000 kW/h. Also, different types, volume and power ventilation and conditioning systems. We have realized heating, cold and hot water supply, ventilation and conditioning systems throughout Georgia for both large State Institutions (building of Rustaveli National State Academic Theatre, building of SPECIAL STATE PROTECTION SERVICE OF GEORGIA, Quarters of 11 Brigade of the Ministry of Defense in Vaziani, Building of Regional Control Palate of Mtskheta-Tianeti in Mtskheta, Building of Kakheti Regional Procurator’s Office, Public Schools and Boarding Schools, Polyclinics and Hospitals throughout of Georgia); also private organizations (Hotels: Diplomat, Batesta Hotel, Demi Hotel and etc.); Banks and offices of Insurance Companies, factories (Bagrationi 1882, Energo-Pro Georgia, Nikora, Sante and etc.), production spaces and offices. Hundreds of private houses and apartments are equipped by out company with heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, hot and cold waters supply systems.
Additionally, we would like to inform you that at the first stage of our activity we were the official distributors of Turkish company “Demirdoku” in Georgia while for about 15 years according to the demand of customers we produce the supply, installation and service of heating-technical, ventilation and conditioning systems of widely recognized producers and marks in the world. Also supply and installation of domestic, special purpose and medical sanitary-technical equipment-devices. Since 2010 till our days out group has obtained a great experience in planning and construction of health care objects, production of conceptual designs of health care objects and creation and implementation of technical products.
Except to the above listed, in recent years, our organization has obtained a great experience in construction of different buildings with metal-constructions and sandwich panels having different purpose and volume, in floors’ screed with semi-dry cement-sandy solutions with mechanized method, supply and arrangement of floor and wall vinyl cover, arrangement of different type of high quality technological floors and hanged ceilings, supply and arrangement of high-tech heat insulation, sound insulation and waterproofing, supply, arrangement and service of fire protection and security systems; In heating sector supply, installation and service of steam stations.
